Edwin Dix, Director of Operations

A successful businessman and investor, Edwin Dix wears many hats including Developer/Realtor as President of Edix Investments, President of Dix Personal Space, and President of Sports One Management.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Edwin is happily married to the lovely Niya Dix with whom he has two children: Emya who is 2 1/2 years old and Eryn who is 16 months. Growing up in his hometown of Gainesville, Florida, Edwin played football at Eastside High School. Favorite sports include football and basketball and Edwin does not have a favorite team as he, "Loves them all if it's college ball!"

Job White, CPA

Job White graduated from the University of Florida, with a major in accounting in 1981.

In 1990 Job and Doug Reddish opened Reddish and White Certified Public Accountants. Both partners are members of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. They participate in peer review which takes place every three years and requires another CPA firm to come in and review the work of the firm and prepares an opinion on the quality of their audit and financial statements. Reddish and White CPA's, does tax planning and preparation for many businesses and individuals throughout the country.

Job White and seven other individuals in Marion and Alachua county raised money and started Alarion Bank five years ago which now has seven locations and has over $300 million dollars in assets and $25 million in equity. He serves on the Board of Directors, ALCO (Management of Assets and Liabilities), loan committee, compensation committee and chairs the audit committee for the bank.

He has been involved in student housing for over ten years during which time he owned part of a student management company and was involved in raising equity to start many of these student real estate partnerships. Part of the portfolio sold during the years with the final sale of all the properties in 2007 for $198 million.

Saul Rentz, On Site Project Manager

Saul has an extensive background in commercial, and industrial construction. This background includes over 28 years of experience and accomplishments which cover all phases of construction, including manual labor, professional trades, estimating, supervising workers, and administration of a general contraction firm. Working with Edwin directly, Saul oversees project operations and administration he promotes effective project management by maximizing available resources.
